Operating under our company mission: “Together we create the experience of beautiful motherhood,” we take special care to ensure that all Canpol babies products are distinguished by their high quality, attractive and modern design, and meet regulatory and legal safety requirements. The quality and safety of our products are monitored at several stages:
Research before introducing the article to the offer
When designing our products, we adhere to the safety requirements set forth in European standards. We value parents’ suggestions, and every detail is important. For example, the shield of a pacifier must be a specific size to eliminate the risk of choking; the holes in the shield should be of an appropriate diameter to prevent a child’s finger from getting stuck.
The product prototype is thoroughly tested by our internal New Products Laboratory. We conduct functional and mechanical tests, tailored to the Canpol babies range. For feeding bottles, we conduct boiling, microwave, and dishwasher resistance tests, inspect scale accuracy, leaks, venting of nipples, and print durability.
For toys, we verify the operation of specific functions, check for small parts and sharp edges, conduct impact and durability tests, and select cleaning methods. Products that pass the first phase of testing are tested for safety and chemical requirements in accredited and internationally recognized laboratories.
Supply quality control, supplier audits
The quality of supplied raw materials and semi-finished products is monitored by the Quality Assurance Department, which operates a Quality Control Laboratory. Only safe raw materials with appropriate testing or certifications are approved for production. We conduct regular inspection visits to our suppliers.
Quality control of production and finished products
The Quality Assurance Department monitors product quality and compliance with approved standards, as well as the correctness of production processes. Product testing is conducted based on control plans, and all externally confirmed tests and certificates are regularly renewed.
Cooperation with external institutions and associations
To ensure continuous access to the latest knowledge and information, we cooperate with: market surveillance authorities, including Trade Inspections, Sanitary and Epidemiological Stations, and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection; the Polish Toy and Child Products Association; the World Association of Manufacturers of Bottles and Teats; the REACH and CLP Consultation Point under the patronage of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology; and global experts in modern technologies, product requirements, and planned changes to standards and legal regulations.
Consumer tests
Canpol has created a product testing program that allows us to collect feedback from our customers. Based on this feedback, we determine the functionality and appeal of our products and can then improve them. This allows us to co-create the Canpol babies brand with mothers across Poland, drawing on their knowledge and experience.
